The MacWorld Best of Show title is awarded to the foremost trend-setting product in each of the 11 product categories at the MacWorld Expo. The awards are given to the most innovative products, which make the Mac user experience easier and more beneficial. The LCD2690WUXi is engineered to address the demanding medical, graphics, pre-production film, financial, and broadcast industries.
“I’ve always loved the 90-series from NEC. These professional displays are flexible and can pivot up, down and side-to-side with the option to hang the display on the wall with a Vesa mount,” said Jim Galbraith, Lab Director for MacWorld Magazine. “The viewing angle is great on the new LCD2690WUXi. If you had six co-workers standing around the display, all six would see the same image.”
The MacWorld Best of Show Award was presented January 10 at the MacWorld Expo in San Francisco, before an audience of about 1,000 people. The MultiSync LCD2690WUXi will be available for February shipment.
